Booking Terms & Conditions
A current vaccination certificate must be shown on arrival.
Any recent illnesses/veterinary treatments must be reported upon arrival and we reserve the right to refuse admittance if there is any risk to other cats boarding.
The administration of any necessary medication must be agreed before arrival.
Please make known any special dietary requirements on or before arrival.
Should illness occur during boarding veterinary advise will be sought and any necessary treatment undertaken.
Sharing of units is for cats of the same family only.
Balance of accounts must be settled upon collection.
The amount due will be for the period booked. No reductions are made for early collection.
